Hi there, me Connie here! Thanks for being here. So let me tell you how I got into writing. I thought about how drastically my life had changed in a short 6 months, and I thought it would be a good idea to let others know there is a better way to live. Deciding to take a look back at how I managed to not only survive a really awful experience but learn how to thrive with the life I have left was the inspiration needed to put pen to paper. I much decided to publish the book and journal as a challenge to myself to see if I could do it. I did it!
I live in the sunny and very humid state of Florida with my furry friends. I love to read, build or rework furniture when I can, and enjoy the company of friends and family as often as I can.

Help guide or inspire others to live life to the fullest. I am no expert in the area of mindfulness. I stumbled on it myself. Had I any clue about how much different things could be I would have surely tried some of the techniques earlier.
As an avid reader and lover of learning I feel like I can be of service to you with some quick reviews of what is going on in the arena of mindfulness. I have plenty to learn of my own. I am a big believer in journaling, especially gratitude journaling. Once I made this a habit I can’t tell you how much more enjoyable and happier I have become. With a few helpful hints and the right tools you could be feeling the same way. A more mindful way!
